Programme Objectives
The objectives of the programme are to:
- Develop leadership capacity and expertise in international research ethics and research methodology.
- Equip trainees with the skills to provide research ethics education, ethical review leadership, and expert consultations to other researchers, their institutions, governments, and international research organizations.

To be admitted to the program, candidates must satisfy the following minimum conditions:
- CGPA of 3.0 and higher from a baccalaureate programme or higher.
- Submission of the application form and supporting documents, including an official transcript.

- Interested and qualified applicants pay for an application form at the bank (Trust Bank/GTB) D500.
- Candidate uses the pin to access the online application form via the UTG Portal System.
- Candidate completes the required details, uploads all documents, and submits.
- Candidate receives a message of a submitted application.
- Admissions and department head will review for eligibility and fulfillment of requirements.
